The borough Planning Board approved the project, which appeared on its September 20, 2022 agenda, and Pascack Press reported in March 2025 that occupancy was expected in 2027. Mayor Michael Ghassali presented it, with a self-storage facility at 21 Phillips Parkway, as new tax revenue that adds no schoolchildren while the borough fights state affordable housing mandates.
