Project notes

Park Ridge OKs redesign of part of 448-unit One Sony Drive project

The Park Ridge Planning Board has signed off on a change to Landmark’s approved apartment community on the former Sony corporate campus. The full plan stays at 448 homes, 68 of them affordable. What changes is one part of the site: instead of a single three-story building over a garage, Landmark will build three three-story buildings with 86 units in about the same footprint, plus small changes to parking and circulation. The board first approved the project in January 2023 and memorialized the amendment in June 2026 with no variances needed. Sources: 1, 2.
