Fan Associates, LLC is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval to redevelop 15 Grand Avenue in Palisades Park (Block 505, Lots 3 and 4), with TYCR LLC listed as owner. The current proposal is 175 apartments, up from an earlier 122-unit design of three stories over two parking levels. It would replace part of the existing office building and its parking. Use variance for 34 units at 550 Bergen Boulevard, Palisades Park
550 Bergen LLC asked the Palisades Park Zoning Board for a use variance plus bulk variances to build 34 residential units at 550 Bergen Blvd, Block 416 Lot 3. The hearing took place on April 20, 2026, and the application then appeared for memorialization on the May 18, 2026 agenda.
