Those plans included about 18,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space with a neighborhood grocery store. The current applicant is BH West Front-Urban Renewal LLC. The site was approved for 316 units in 2020 and sold for $10.1 million in 2021. Sources: 1, 2.

Apartments, from studios to three-bedrooms, would go to renters earning no more than 120 percent of the cityโs median income. The three-story building has grade-level parking, a fitness center, lounge, coworking space and a glass-enclosed atrium stair. It sits within the 197 Scattered Properties Redevelopment Plan, and Taylor Architecture designed it with brick veneer and a gable roof to fit nearby homes.
