77 RR LLC’s 12-story, 457-unit plan at 7800 River Road
North Bergen’s Planning Board adopted an amendment to its original resolution for 77 RR LLC on March 5, 2024, in case 04-23. It covers a 12-story mixed-use building with 457 residential units at 7800 River Road, Block 438 Lots 8 and 9. Revella on Hudson: $230M, 358-unit plan for North Bergen’s 8200 River Road
Long Island partners Nord Development Group and ACRE have formed Revella to build Revella on Hudson, a $230 million rental complex at 8200 River Road in North Bergen, one of the township’s last undeveloped Hudson River sites. Plans call for 358 apartments in four seven-story buildings and one five-story building, designed by BHC Architects, with a 30-year PILOT. The site was bought from A&H Acquisitions principals after a roughly 20-year approval saga. North Bergen extended the approval through May 2027, and completion is targeted for early 2029. Sreenu LLC’s 70-unit mixed-use plan on Tonnelle and Liberty avenues
Sreenu LLC brought case 13-26 to North Bergen’s Board of Adjustment for a mixed-use building with 70 residential units, one commercial unit and off-street parking at 8516 Tonnelle Avenue and 8509 Liberty Avenue, Block 337 Lots 1 and 5. North Bergen’s Zoning Board of Adjustment marked case 15-22, 4525 Bergenwood Ave LLC, approved at its August 3, 2022 meeting. The application is an amended proposal for a new multifamily building with 33 residential units at 4525 Bergenwood Avenue (Block 149, Lot 7), replacing a residential use.
